It's always mighty tempting when you see the opportunity present itself.
Not a child though, maybe a scallywag...

Always reminds me of the time a very nice chap driving a BMW slowed right down to avoid soaking my mum and me as we walked along the side of a country road. However the bloke about 10 seconds behind him wasn't paying attention and drove straight into the back of him (several seconds later). I felt quite guilty !!!!!

Sadly nothing will happen, how do you prove it?

Why not direct some of your frustration towards the council, who are responsible for keeping our roads
safe and in working order.

I soak loads of people in wet weather with 4 axles and it can be done even at 10 mph so making it difficult to avoid the problem.
Did manage to soak a big group of hooded louts in Penge during the early hours but they needed a good wash anyway smile

Amazingly people often just self-incriminate. Sometimes they'll do it to Police Officers and then say "prove it"!

If push comes to shove and the CPS was prepared to put it front of Magistrates they'd likely find the pedestrian more believable.

I'd definitely put a complaint in - that's what reg plates are for. Pcensoredk needs a little knock on the door when he's forgotten all about the fun he had.
