For those who know where this is, it's a hotel near Riseley.
They are doing some tree works near the entrance to the hotel and they have put in single alternate line of traffic.
Just taken me 45 minutes to do about half a mile (was travelling from Eversley to Riseley) from near the (disused ) Hatch Gate Pub.
