Car booked in for me to service and do some winter checks and maintenance this Saturday. Really easy to book and very helpful advice from them via email. Looking forward to doing it in the dry and warm rather than my driveway. The fact the oil and coolant will be disposed of as well saves me a trip to the dump.

Nice set-up; how do they cope with scummers/tool theft?

I honestly don't know, but to book you have to sign up first. Then you have to pass on your cars registration and you have a time you are booked for. The bay is cleaned after you leave so if any tools are missing then I guess they will be able to work out where they went. I like the trust they place upon the clients, the atmosphere there was great with each person happy to talk and help each other.
