Bolt Extraction nr Bagshot?

Disaster evening, fettling one of the fleet I've managed to snap a bolt which was suck fast in the nut. Spent an age trying to drill it out with my cordless drill but little progress made.

Anyone have any recommendations where I can take it and have someone attack it with the right tools? Ideally located near to Bagshot / Ascot.
