Window Tint Removal
Discussion
Do it yourself!
Seriously - I took the gangsta-style film off the side windows of my Porker yesterday, and it took all of 20 minutes, including using a steamer to get the sticky residue off. Ok, it would have taken longer to do the rear window and quarterlights, but it would still have been only an hour's work.
Of course if you haven't got a steamer to hand, it might not be so easy. In that case, you might want to try somewhere like Old School Windscreen Services in Chertsey; they have a good reputation for putting film on, so I'm sure they can do a good job of removing it :-)
