A good friend of mine has a heavily modified 1967 Triumph Spitfire. The modifications are almost all in the engine, gas flowed, ported, bored out, lightened flywheel etc. The engine isn't running well, and he's looking for an enthusiast that understands these things, and has a passion for classic triumphs, that can do some work on the car. He lives in Churt, just outside Farnham. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Tom.
I have used this place in Egham for trimming in the past (and was highly impressed with them) and there's always a good selection of Triumphs and MGs there in for servicing and 'fettling'..
I know that this doesn't totally answer your question about tuning recommendations, but maybe worth giving them a shout. I am sure they'd be able to sort it out.
Cheers,
Jon

It's a long way but Maybank in Reading are worth a look. They race old MG's and MX5's and have worked on a number of Porsches etc.

I've used them a number of times for my old 968.
