Dear All, can the PH massive recommend a good quality alloy wheel refurbishment company in Berks/North Hants/South Oxon where I can take my Forester wheels to be reworked. I'm looking for an experienced company to take them back to bare metal, prime, repaint and finish with a long life lacquer. Thank you

Had two sets done myself and know plenty of others who have used hem too.
Used to be Lepsons, have been platinum for 2 or 3 years now.

I was emailing Nick at Detail My Car to book in with him and asked for his advice; he said Headley Bodyshop in Newbury were having all the new equipment installed to carry out wheel refurbs. I haven't used them yet myself.

Thanks for replies, Gents.

Tobinen, that's interesting news. The guys over there have a very good reputation within the classic car arena. Will give them a call. Oddly, always used to but my tyres from Headley Tyres and the guys behind did one of the very best four wheel suspension set ups I've ever had. There's a market for a good quality wheel refurb' Co' in West Berks/North Hants. Will report back when wheels are done.

Had a couple of friends including a ph'er have their wheels done here and said they did a spot on job for the money. Maybe using them for a couple of flat spotted wheels on our car soon enough.
