Looking for a second hand car dealer near Wokingham

My daughter needs to buy her first car as she starts her first job out of Uni in a few weeks. Looking for something around £1k-£3k, maybe a bit more; something like a Fiesta, Polo, Swift, Yaris etc.

We're already scouring autotrader for possibilities. But it would be great to get recommendations for trustworthy dealers who can give us a good service.

I can recommend Buckinghams of Guildford (http://www.vwaudiwoking.co.uk/) they are based in Sheerwater (Woking).

They specialise in selling VW's, Audi's Seat's etc.

If they haven't got anything of the forecourt, then go and have a chat with the sales guys inside, they get loads of vehicles in so if there's something specific you are looking for (Polo or Lupo for example), they may be able to source it for you.

I take all my cars there to get serviced and MOT'd (including my RSi)

Thames Valley Cars on the Reading Road near Wickes is run by Tim Denton who I went to school with (many, many moons ago......). Whilst not having bought from him I would trust him.

There is a place in the CarPark of Makro in Reading which I have seen. Again, not used but, they have a good selection of wagons in that price range. I had my eyes on a 728i as a barge buy a couple of months back. Possibly worth going up and kicking a few tyres

Try Leatherhead car sales. Ask to speak with Simon. Tell him Craig from Ian Allan sent you, he will look after you. Or try Peter speck car sales.
I haven't got anything in stock currently that would suit the bill, If I do however I will let you know.
