Can you suggest a closed "road" or open safe area

Not wishing to upset either the police or neighbours !
- does anyone know of a suitable site either mid week or
a weekend where we could start a V8 RWYB car and ideally
practice a couple of starts ?
It does not have a radiator so she can only run for
about 2 minutes - maybe 2 or three times at max
and then she needs putting away as she gets too hot.
We would only want to do this a couple of times out
of season whilst we check the electrics / engine running.
Ideally once this month and next month.
(We have approached a couple of well known motoring
sites but they appear to be concerned about the noise).
She has exhausts but not tested this year guessing between
68 (which is what they wanted it to be under ) and 100dB.

You may find Longcross is very sensitive to noise - we had problems when we used to run rallies there.
SRR is no more for this reason.

Whereabouts in Farnborough and can you cater for slightly smaller engines
