Can anyone recommend a place that does wheel refurbs? My friend is returning his 207 back to Peugeot after a lease and both front alloys are quite damaged.

Ideally around the Bracknell/Wokingham area but happy to travel a few miles if recommended.

My alloys in Basingstoke are good if you fancy a trip out of the county!

I seem to remember there's a place in Amen Corner business park (behind John Nike) that advertises wheel refurbs... No idea how good they are though.

I'm hopefully taking my eight to autowerk in Slough for it to have its wheels refurbished. Then there is also platinum alloys in swindon, who used to be lepsons swindon.

My mate had his Wife's MX5 alloys done at the Amen Corner place and he was very pleased with the results.

Thanks for your responses. My friend found this mobile guy who only charged £40 per wheel. Looking at the results im really impressed.

Just had my Z06 wheels refurbed by BJV near Hemel Hempsted.
They store the car undercover, remove and refit the tyres and even drop you off at the station.
A bit of a pain for me to get to and from HH (I am down in Surrey) but well worth it for the end result , and all for £270 inc vat. Got them to fit new tyres that I supplied so saved some cash there.
My wheels did nt need any repairs they just needed stripping and refinishing.
