Roof chap in Maidenhead?

Just noticed water dripping in my loft off the soil vent pipe in my loft. The pipe is internal in my house so rises up through the inside of the house, into the loft and through the roof. I am guessing that it simply needs a new bit of flashing wrapping around the exposed pipe and sealing. Does anyone know a builder who would climb up and do this? In my experience as soon as you mention roof it's suck air through teeth time and quote a number with a few zeros on the end whereas it's probably only an hours job.
