Well councillor David Ivison
And the rest of you tory wkers I am pleased you never got my vote !!!
Also I have to say don't moan about the M3 cutting Surrey Heath in half - well it already had the A30 so we all know what that's like when the M3 has an issue.

Taking a safety zone from the M3 sucks monkey arse
Either add an extra lane each way and suck up the cost or leave it alone

This project will give little return and make that vital link a real pain up the back side not only during construction but in the future.
When all that work starts I will use and ensure to use all the narrow back roads and residential roads possible to avoid the hold ups and general shoite this will create.

The project is kin doomed to screw the local area and those riding on it ...

This would indicate that this will all be done by March.

Could any of our Northern friends comment, please, about whether they feel the newly completed(?) M62 managed motorway scheme is panning out?

It may give we Southerners some hope for the M3?
