HGV Being Chased Through Wokingham

Can any of our local constabulary friends shed any light on the HGV getting chased through Wokingham, down Station Road and Barkham Road about 20 minutes ago?

Lorry driver was flashing lights, and using horn to force other road users out of the way.

I'm hoping it's unrelated, but an ambulance went past in same direction about 15 minutes later.

Probably related to Barkham Lane being closed by the police and adding over 45 minutes to my drive home.

There were a couple of car transporters on site to clear up the mess. Maybe they got a police escort to get them there quicker.

Probably a recovery lorry, iirc they have a set amount of response time to any rta, and usually have to bully their way through the traffic.
