Guttering and possibly underlay problem

Just moved into old victorian house in windlesham that has overflowing sagging guttering issue with a shared cast iron gutter. It now causing ingress into the house when strong rain. I have tried getting local people to quote they are seem to be too busy to look at the problem. Anyone know anyone trustworthy?
