Three "knights of the road" involved, but a car too Sounds very nasty I sure wouldn't want to be in that car, let's hope the occupants are ok.
"M25 Surrey - Severe delays and two lanes closed on M25 clockwise between Clacket Lane Services and J6, A22 (Godstone), because of an accident involving three lorries and a car earlier on, recovery work and a spillage on the road. In the roadworks area. Congestion to half, Sevenoaks.

So that'll be an hour clearing up the spillage and craning the wreckage away and 8 hours closed to investigate where to put the speed camera to make sure it'll never happen again.

No need to as the speed cameras are going live any day now (once testing has finished )"M25 Surrey - Severe delays and two lanes closed on M25 clockwise between Clacket Lane Services and J6, A22 (Godstone), because of an accident involving three lorries and a car earlier on, recovery work and a spillage on the road. Please explain!!
What cameras and where?
I'm guessing they are just an extension of the existing speed cameras that are already present on the rest of the M25 network like the ones already present from the A3 through Heathrow & beyond, but are now being introduced from Clacket Lane up to / past the M23, etc. What cameras and where?
So essentially moving the M25 into a virtually 100% camera / speed managed motorway.

But didn't they say recently that none of the cameras on the existing stretch around Heathrow have ever worked and are unlikely to? No-one takes any notice of them at the moment so is something changing and has there been some announcement?
The old GATSO's used to work. They were replaced by HADECS cameras, these haven't worked ..................... Yet........http://assets.highways.gov.uk/freedom-of-informati...
So all that is stopping them from working is calibration. Which may or may not be happening soon.
Monitoring the numbers of victims these cameras have reeled in over the years on the m25 there are quite literally zero of them. Yet any time it comes up some wag with 'insider' knowledge will come on here saying they're live/nearly live/live next week. A bit tragic really.
Imagine how many would be on here moaning if they were working haha.

The gatso ones did used to work, just because no one on here has been done doesn't mean a thing. The new ones were never made "active", however now that the other cameras are up, they have been testing them along the M25 and the Hindhead tunnel and will be going live once completed.Imagine how many would be on here moaning if they were working haha.
You don't have to believe me, it makes no odds to me or Landshark, we're just passing on our info. Most people will continue to drive as they have done and it won't make a jot of difference
However you are free to put your theory to the test once they are live?
