Depends how you want to use the car - if you are a 'fast road' and occasional track day driver then the non-RF tyres are nowhere near as good to drive. The Michelin PSS are a good option non-RF for road use, as they are a lot more compliant and soft.
Only four places I trust to change mine - Bracknell Tyre & Battery, Tyrebarn (Newbury), Costco and for mobile I've used Event Tyres.
Costco are excellent and use Nitrogen to fill as standard - most others will charge extra or tell you they've used it when they haven't! They can supply Bridgestones but they have to order them in - good prices though.
I've been running the Bridgestone RE070RF mostly on mine and they are an excellent compromise on price and performance over the stupidly expensive OEM fit Dunlop's.
I did try the Michelin non-RF PSS tyres - nice if pootling around, but I didn't like them when pushing on.
Any questions - they will have been answered already here: http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/brakes-wheels-tyres-sus...
