It was probably similar to ours. It didn't start well with 3 bloody phone calls to confirm the appt, the guy not wanting to quote as I wasn't there (still on my way home), him trying to give my wife 20 questions on where I was, him popping out for an e-cigarette because he was here so long, the classic 'Let me call my boss to see what he can do', stupid initial price followed by 50%+ discount, price left on a piece of his ripped off notepad and a guarantee only on the stupid price, not his final one. Oh and a bit of competitor bashing too. Oh and them back on the phone just now offering something from the showroom but we'd both need to be in when someone came to measure up, again. Yes in 2011. Very good. Very efficient and by far the best price. They did cock up on a scaffold not being included on one elevation and I thought they were going to ask for extra but the boss came out and said it was their problem and they sorted it. Much better than the big guys that I had round who's selling technique was laughable (you know we have a special offer on a lucky customer and if you're the one we might be able to discount by 50% - let me ring my director - t
