Resturant Recommendation - The Black Rat - Winchester

Seeing as there are always people looking for nice restuarants i can recommend this one. Wife took me there for my 40th, 1 michelin star, small but great menu and with drinks even come in at about £50/head which i was very surprised at (although we didn't hit the wine menu)

All in all, highly recommended!
