Garage wanted: Guildford or surrounding area

Hi all,
Looking to re-home my kit car project after the residence its kept at was burgled twice over the last week.
Looking for anything just to get it secure again. Do you have an empty garage/barn/lockup (I know what you’re thinking: On Pistonheads? - yeah right) - but if you don't ask you don't get.
I’m willing to pay rent (currently already have one privately rented garage for over a year - rent paid first day of the month without fail) and have a collection of tools and garage equipment I might be persuaded to share. I can also weld which is handy!
I am a private individual, no motor trade connections, not for business use. Garage will be used mostly for storage, but I would like to be able to work on the car evenings and weekends (being mostly quiet!)
Electricity would be a bonus, as is a larger than single size space, but I am open to all offers.
