My Volvo V50 T5 has an intermittent engine management light, can't find a straight answer on the web as to whether this is now an MOT fail due to new regulations as it is being tested tomorrow! Can anyone advise as to this ?

Engine management light is not currently a failure. It was supposed to be brought in with the air bag light failure but hasn't yet.

Why not just fix the problem
Or find a friendly MOT service
