As title really.

I live in near Ripley, Woking and need a cast iron down pipe cleared on my bungalow, too 'kinked' to get any rod I can borrow down it.

It overflows during heavy rain, sits into concrete so may need a Kango to break up for removal.

Any advice welcome, just need a fair price for a small (ish) job.

Cheers

I've tried a pressure washer but it didn't clear it.

I really don't want to just move the problem further down my drainage system.

Was thinking of a dyno-rod company but would rather pay someone local to do it.

Hello mate,

Does your downpipe go to a soakaway? Is it easily accessible? We had the same issue this year and ended up getting some guys to dig down to the soakaway pipe and pull all the old roots and gunk out as far as they could reach with rods etc and replace the cut section with plastic pipe in the ground. Works a treat now. Not something worth paying for now i know more about these things but luckily long story short it went through swmbo's family business and we didn't pay.

Good luck mate!
