6th Gear driving experience - Longcross 28th July 2013
Discussion
Well I was there this morning using a voucher I got for my birthday.
For starters I must say that the whole organisation is outstanding, from directions, to parking, signing in, sighting lap etc etc. Very professional.
However I did feel pretty short changed with 3 laps (of a fairly short track - WITH A 40mph ZONE!!!) in 5th or 6th gear in the Aerial Atom, instructor in passengers seat with dual braking.
Following by a 'flying lap' in a Focus ST with some old bidding also in with me and the instructor who got held up by an Aston Martin!
Good fun but not worth anywhere near the money, shame really as the place was packed and they would have made a fortune today. Fantastic array of cars to their credit.
Anyone else there today?

Not been to this experience, but they really are expensive for what you get. My partner had one as a present, an Audi r8 and an aston v8v. The Audi was first and she absolutely loved it, the instructor said keep going faster faster, but then the aston instructor was terrible, really cautious and kept saying slow down. Shame as the aston was on her future dream car list!
I guess a lot is down to the instructor!
