Movers / man with van, Dorking way

I'm moving soon, from a two bed flat. I have a normal amount of furniture and what I'd quite like is a man with a van to come and help me shift it.

Can anyone here recommend a service they've used that was a) affordable b) reliable and c) didn't result in smashed TVs etc?

All recommendations gratefully received, apologies for not being able to work in Peep Show's excellent "men with ven" joke.

He moved me yesterday from Frensham to a house about 3 miles away. 4 guys and 2 Luton vans arrived, packed everything, transported it, and unloaded, placed all boxes in correct rooms and re-assembled furniture. All for £700.

In the name of good forum etiquette, just checking back in for future reference that I used Red Removals last week and they were ace. Incredibly competitive on price, friendly, capable guys and not a single breakage. Chuffed, so thanks for the recommendation.
