Arborfield Link Road proposal

Hi,

I thought I would share a link on the Arborfield Link Road proposals and a video of last nights meeting.

I have posted here as many of the users of this forum will be impacted, either as a resident or user of a new road, affecting both North Hampshire and Berkshire residents.

As I live in Finchampstead and work in Kingsclere, not only will this affect where I live but it will affect my route to work so I'll take a good look at this and watch the video at the weekend.

Some years ago there was the West End / Bisley bypass

Properties were purchesed for the land

The they pulled the Plug

Now we so many traffic lights allong the A322 from the bottom of the Lightwater bypass to the Brookwood Cemetry
The road is gridlocked at busy times

Funny though

As soon as we have a power cut and the lights are out, the traffic runs smoothly with no accidents

Just goes to show the 'Pen Pushers' and the 'Peddle Pushers' in the councel know Bu**er all

A direct link from GU24 9** to RG40 4**
That's home to my machanic



This will be private road so I will not get held up every time I have to take the car there
