Wood fascia repair / Camberley area?

For several years, I've been meaning to get the fascia under my guttering painted. But it seems I've neglected it for too long.

Part of the fascia has started coming away (looks like a decorative part which should be screwed onto the main part). This will obviously need replacing - and I suspect some other bits will too, and it will all need some paint.

It will need to be done at the back too, and this will require scaffolding due to the conservatory.

Does anybody have any recommendations? I would prefer to use somebody that can be trusted.
