Advice on new car, BMW 1 series or new shape fiesta?

Well a very exciting change of circumstances beens we need a bigger car.

The wife's i10 (great little car) will be up for sale soon.

We both like the 1 series and the new shape fiesta.

Anyone any opinions?

Or indeed got one for sale?

Diesel and 5 doors is the crieteria so far.

How big do you need, cause a fiesta isn't particularly big.
I'd definitely go for the BMW
