OK, not actually available yet (no more space to add to the title), but putting the feelers out to see if there would be any interest this far south of the SAS area ?
It would be outside on tarmac in a large secure yard so any size car, caravan, motorhome, trailer, boat, horse box etc. could be catered for, just south of Basingstoke, 10 mins from J6 M3

I'd be very interested in finding something with good access for our RV. Our current site is incredibly tight. I have to reverse a slalom through parked caravans, fold the wing mirrors in and then take 3 shunts to get out of the gate. Even then I have no more that 3 inches clearances on any corner!

Cheers
Doug

15 foot gate width with plenty of room to swing in, once in it would be down to me on how I arranged every thing as there is plenty of space.

Will there be any covered storage areas? We are looking for a (cheap) home for our snotter track car plus a few bits (mostly wheels).

Although we hadn't planned to rent out the indoor storage, there could be.
