Berkshire Run - Goodwood Breakfast 5th May

Thanks to those that braved the cold early start on the first run to Goodwood. The Goodwood theme for May is:- Soft Top Sunday (5 May 2013): The best of top-down motoring in the Spring sunshine.

We will meet at The Meadows, College Town, Sandhurst, Surrey. This is the HUGE M&S and Tesco superstore situated on the A321 Marshall Road, which joins the A30 & A331. Post code is GU47 0FD for those with Nav. Meet at 6.00am for a 6.15-6.30 depart, meet on the M&S side, as Tesco is open - left when you drive in the centre entrance, Goodwood is about an hour so plenty early for those that have Grid tickets to get in.

The Breakfast Club is free and only costs if you want Breakfast @ £10..... very nice it is too. Ample good parking to those cars on theme or of a sporting nature.

There's a London tunnel run leading into a coast dash, probably going via Guildford already, planned for 5th May if you wanted to double up. A few were gonna swing to Goodwood afterwards as well. ..

I don't think I'll make this run rob, I'm meeting up with a mate in a vx220 and we probably won't leave until 7.

I'm probably going have to give this month a miss I'm afraid. I've got a party in London on Saturday night so there is likely to be precious little blood in my alcohol system first thing Sunday morning.

Shame really as it looks like you are going have perfect weather for it.

Rob - i'm still keen, sorry if this has been covered but do i need to register to attend or can i just turn up? Obviously not going to be on the grid but i dont really care.

You can just turn up, you only need to register if you are on theme and want to get a grid ticket, but that needs to be done weeks before.

I was there parked next to a Boxster and Panther Kallista, about 15 cars down from where we drove in.
Came over to yours but you were out looking at the cars, hope you enjoyed and the TVR behaved itself!
