These guys have looked after the basic servicing and mechanical repairs on my RS6 for a couple of years now, and a Passat snotter I used to have too. Never had a problem and in fact the bill is frequently less than the quote!
They also do loan cars (5dr Polo's) for £5 a day which makes life a lot easier - however they are only a 15 min walk to Reading station for those that prefer pubic transport...

They did various things on the S3 and were also one of the most helpful garages I've dealt with.
