Telecom Engineer required

Guys, This is a post on behalf of someone who does not have tinternet.
He has just moved in to a new house and needs a BT engineer to come out and connect the phone lines and get Tinternet working. BT are dragging their heels.
So, are there any BT/Telecom engineers in the Crowthorne area who might like a little work on the side.
