Any idea what all the activity is there either side of the road? Seems to be a lot of portacabins and stuff. Some new bypass / tunnel / ???

They're going to stick a roundabout in it eventually which is going to spoil the run up the hill (wonder if they'll drop the speed limit). There were temporary traffic lights there for a week. Not sure when they're going to actually put the roundabout in...
