Now I spend a lot of time working from home I can use my lunchtimes to go to the gym. Unfortuantely my local one is not open in the week (opens at 5.30pm). I've heard about some new gyms locally offering as low as £16p/m which would be ideal for me just to use a lunchtimes. I don't want to commit to a memebership just yet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. Blimey, how do they build and fit all that out and charge £16 all in?!

No idea. They don't have staff after hours which probably saves on costs. I checked out the Kingston one and was impressed. They had enough space to train, too, IIRC - about 5 "stations" for free weights including 3-4 benches. Probably busy in the evening - I'd go in at lunchtime and see how busy they are if you intend to train around that time.

Yep thats the plan. I expect it to be pretty dead tbh, which suits me.

Have you been down there during the day?

I'm looking for a new gym, and due to work hours, I'd be going at lunchtime. Just wondered if this place is worth checking out?

Not yet, still in two minds. Its cheap but its prob 5 miles to drive there for me and in reality i could use my MTB or go fo a run at lunchtime. I'll see how it and workload goes.

I'm not totally sure how to find it tbh. You may have to in the Asda carpark? Not sure (although as a member your parking is refunded up to 2hrs).
