Stud extraction in or near Farnham?

I have two snapped studs in my Garret turbine housing and need to find somewhere that can remove these for me, preferrably before the weekend.

I live in Godalming but work in Farnham so anywhere around the two would be great.

I've gathered a list of "Precision Engineering" companies around my but I've no idea if this is the correct place to be looking or not...

I don't want to attempt to remove them myself as I'll most likely make the matter worse...

Can anyone recommend a company in or around Farnham or Godalming to do this, perhaps even while I wait (lunch break!)?

Can't you get someone to tig weld another bolt to it that you can use to inwind it out? or is it too deep?

They're not too deep but I think they are still beyond welding them.
