Seen on AOL, says M25 cameras aren't switched on

No one has been done for speeding via the cameras

The Surrey ones definitely were active, no idea now. I know someone at work who was pinged by one in a hire car and received the NIP and obviously had to fill in paperwork for the exemption

They still flash too

The article is terrible, they've got some information and filled in the gaps!!! (can't even manage to obtain more than one photo of the M25!)

Some of the comments laugh

ETA: Diz looks like your lot are in charge of policing the M25 now not just the cameras!! (no one told us!!) biggrin

I had one of the Surrey one's flash a single time on me a few weeks ago, no speed limit being displayed on the gantry and with my over reading speedo I don't think I was even speeding. I did think it was strange at the time that it only flashed once. Not heard anything since fortunately. smile
