Recommendation please - "Private Hire" Gatwick - Guildford

Hello ... looking for a recommendation please.
My wife needs to get her elderly mother from Gatwick Airport to Guildford for a funeral next week.
This will probably be late afternoon Monday 19/11/12 (funeral is on the Tuesday).
Needs to be a decent comfy car and, above all, a reliable service (hanging around in an airport would present difficulties).
Cost less important but we're not "rolling in it" just now.
Return journey probably not required as I intend to come down on the day of the funeral and take a hire car so can drive us back to the airport all together.
A good pointer from personal experience would be really appreciated.
