Hi all - need some help with the rear brakes on my Renault Megane. Managed to change the pads on one side, but cannot for the life of me get one of the caliper bolts to undo on the other!

As they're pretty much down to the metal, can anyone recommend a mechanic that would a) use the pads I've already got, and b) be able to do something this week??

I was thinking about giving them a call, always take the cars and the bike there for MOTs, so perhaps that's the way forward....

Get to your local motor factors and get some plus gas spray, soak bolt in it and repeat every 30mins or so after an hour try again.
If you can get one bolt out so you can wiggle caliber can help.
But plus gas has never let me down before.

Thanks for your kind offer Geoff - it's booked in at Bagshot Garage (as suggested above) for Friday morning.
