I was just wondering if any one was organising anything this year as I can secure a private function room at the Crooked Billet, Iver Heath. The Festive Meal is £10.99 for 3 courses + drinks. Is any one up for this year and if so any suggestions for dates?

Not sure, it's a bit of a distance from me. Will wait and see what dates are suggested and look at local room prices.

I really don't like Itlaian food so have always missed the Punto's ones, this sounds interesting though...

I've just spoken to the Manager of the Crooked Billet and she has said the function room will have a free disco on every Thursday night in December so it might be a good idea to have the dinner on a Thursday so I thought Thursday, 13th December would be the best date. The manager has specified that the dinner has to be at 7.00p.m. with the disco starting at 9.00p.m.

If people would like a room there is a Bed and Breakfast across the road which is basic but cheap. It is called Pleasant Cottage Bed & Breakfast, Iver Heath.

The menu is:-

http://www.fayre-square.com/Media/menus/pdf/Festiv... a deposit of £5.00 per person needs to be paid online at the above website with a booking reference of Pistonheads SAS.

Any problems please pm me.

Don't worry. Chris has perfected his technique perfectly on horses. You'll be in good 'hands'... so to speak.
