Fresh from having the road back to normal after having those ridiculous roadworks that caused chaos between the Meadows and the M3 for months, was delighted to find we have ANOTHER 6 weeks of it agaain starting today.
Wouldn't it be great if someone could grow a brain cell and all the work could be done at the same time...

furious

Unfortunately it's a case of someone should grow a brain cell and do the job properly the first time. The works are for cableing for the new sub station being built at Watchmoor and the O'connors doing the work cocked it up and are having to do it again!

Meadows r/bout was nicely clogged up earlier as well due to it being down to one lane, and what made it worse was the amount of people just blocking the lights, so when they eventually went green nobody was going anywhere.

One rather chavvy woman (i use the term exceptionally loosely laugh ) in her battered mpv decided she couldn't wait like the rest of us so jumped the lights and nearly smacked into the side of a bloke with a silver A4. Naturally it must have been his fault based on the tirade of abuse she directed at him rolleyes

Lets just hope they can lay a smooth stretch of tarmac this time round, it rattles my teeth every morning driving up that stretch!!

Bit of a bump i know, but driving down the BV RR today and apart from the fact the lights on The Meadows r/bout were fudged again rolleyes but the left lane from just after The Meadows r/bout all the way up to just before Watchmoor Park has been coned off again with a number of O'Connor Utilities vehicles parked up banghead I wonder how long it will be coned off for this time around banghead
