A31 morning traffic...

Just travelling up to Guildford station in the past couple of mornings has had really bad traffic.
Have there been accidents or some road works somewhere ?
I know sometimes it can get a bit clogged up but yesterday and today have been a pain in the butt.

The traffic around the area is very busy/heavy at the moment but I cannot work out why??

I hope your not on the A31 out of Guildford tonight!!!

It's just a broken down that won't move, not allowed to tow in new shiny cars, Disco not available!!!

It was bad heading into Guildford again today, fine up the hogs back but once you peel off towards the town it was stationary.
Surely not 3 accidents/broken down over the past few days ?
I thought perhaps it's some road works.
