Any local dog walkers, please be aware that there has been a spate of dog poisonings in the local area recently.

Two dogs have been killed whilst walking at Heath Lake, Crowthorne, with several others taken severely ill, and another was killed at the Look Out...

It appears sandwiches are being laced with rat poison, so please be extra vigilant. I know my dog wouldn't walk past a discarded sandwich without eating it, so will be being kept on the lead for the foreseeable future...

My dog was poisoned with rat poison a couple of years ago now, we were lucky and got her on a vitamin K drip before it was too late. She was lucky, never found out how she got it though. Thanks for the warning, we're often at the look out.

I gather the police are taking the matter very seriously as well they should.

I'd string the sick bds up

As a cat owner I can't believe how anyone can do that to someone's companion. I hope they find them soon and they what's due to them.
