Private dentist, Hook area?

can anyone recommend a decent private dentist in the Hook area?

ETA: forgot to mention, this is for some remedial work (possible extraction) as opposed to Cosmetic.

Due to the fact I live in the West Country but work in Hook, it would be easier if I could find a dentist of quality around here.
