Just thought I would let you all know, traffic is currently being diverted through the village and it is already causing problems heading towards Bagshot from Ascot I'm sure once the M3 and A322 get busier it will cause real problems.

That was a separate incident a few hundred yards up the road, right on the roundabout by Longacres. That was causing complete chaos since about 08:00am that morning.

Pedestrian / motorcycle collision. I thought at first there was a fatality as the blue "Do you have any information?" signs went up over the weekend, but hopefully no-one has died.

A PEDESTRIAN and a motorcyclist have both been left with life-threatening injuries after a crash in Bagshot on Friday afternoon.

Police were called to the A30 London Road at around 3.15pm following reports of a collision.

The pedestrian, a woman, was airlifted to Kings College London, while the female biker, who was riding a BMW motorcycle, was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting by ambulance.

Surrey Police closed the A30 London Road at its junctions with the A322 Bracknell Road and Station Road, and it was expected to remain shut for several hours heading into Friday evening.
