Is Orchard Estate in Twyford any good for families?

Its very near Polehampton Primary School which got an Outstanding in the last Ofsteds if thats of importance to you. Its also about 5 mins walk from the main Twyford playing fields and playground.
Its not a big estate at all and certainly looks okay walking past. From a PH point of view, you're very near the Bulldog Garage service centre which is great in a Subaru maindealer-do the job but expensive- kind of way.
