Locked out of Car in Windsor! Can anyone help?

Hi Guys,
Went out for a few on Friday night, and to cut a long story short, my mate lost his car key for his Mk4 golf somehwere in Windsor in the evening!!
His car is now stuck outside my house, locked, and he has no spare key.
He needs someone to get into the car for him, and make up a new key and have it programmed.
Can anyone on here offer that service or know of anyone in the local area that could for PH rates?
