totally agree ed. Happened to call in just before they re-opened properly, so sadly too early for grub, but been looking for an excuse to go back ever since
edited to say, any of the aformentioned would suit me and my blond :-). could add a few more sugestions but we are really spoilt for choice round Oxford/Thames Valley

I'll be there.

Can someone get me some directions.

Mark, can you also email me you mobile number as I'll probably get lost on the way over.

Cheers,

Phill

If you follow the multimap link that'll sort it.. alternatively just get yourself to Stoke Row.. there's just 1 pub on the main Stoke row road ye the olde worlde petrol station (its still sells 4 star)

Sounds like a damn good excuse for a beer&drive after work !
Has Henley Regatta just started ? Just thinking about the traffic jams for anybody planning to use that route

that time of day things should be quiet enough.. somethimes there's a temp one way through town iirc but that's all

Think Regatta is 30June > 4th July, or thereabouts

Will be there...haven't washed all the Le Mans dust off yet, and the stone chip and bug collection has grown, but what the hell!

Looking less and less likely that we will be able to join in this time, just make sure you all have a beer on my behalf, ok? (Phils buying, after all, it is his idea !!!!)
