Birds are now charging quite a lot more than they were in 2010

I'd estimate nearer £100 an hour including VAT based on the price I had for some work.

How did he find the customer service etc ? Are Birds much cheaper than BMW Main Dealers ?

Getting my first BMW from them in the next few days. - So far been helpful, and really good to a noobie like myself!

Already considering getting it remapped by them in a couple of months (120D M sport) - would this be a bad idea?

I and my son use CPC - Phil is terrific and knows of what he speaks. Just got my son's Z4M Coupé back from him where he fitted a range of suspension upgrades for us.

I hear that for some BMW models, Birds have sole rights to supply and installation of Quaife LSD's; can anyone confirm? If this is true and am a little peeved as there is literally no competition or any chance for customers to shop around. It's like those petrol stations on the motorway which can pretty much do as they please...where else are you going to go.
