Anyone had a biometrics appointment at the USCIS Drummond Road ?

Mine is at 8am !

Are these individual appointments, or do they just sched 300 people for the day and tell them all 8am. Is it take a number, stand in a line outside, is there a system in place.

I'm optomistic regarding this place as INS, now USCIS, has improved ten fold and the location is not downtown so perhaps the employees are better. (Than those I have previously encountered)

Based on my experiences at INS in Newark I'd say you'll be in the 'line'....
A good long book will help while away the hours read

Mission accomplished.
Nothing like Newarksmile
Quite fast, efficient smiling staff.
Decent area, no problem using a good car to travel there and park.

Damn it laugh

TBH I'm sure all NJ State and Fed workers have a special induction session where their humour/common sense is surgically removed.

One of my neighbours took a job with the state (NJ) after his business failed. He managed to evade the labotomy and has been promoted three times in three years. He still has his boss calling him for advice on his days off and in the evening.
Good gig if you can get it.
Decent pension, and more days off than the US Mailsmile
