Does anyone know a good immigration lawyer in the US? Or had experience of applying for US citizenship? I need an immigration lawyer to deal with an application that MAY be a little tricky - it is absolutely legal but may be a little complex.

Any advice or (especially) recommendations welcome!

Thank you smile

You will be better off asking here http://britishexpats.com/forum/  they have lots of good info. Do a search, most of the questioned I had, had been asked many times in the past.

Hi
I would absolutely recommend this company....
www.myimmigrationlawyer.net
Speak to Steven or Emily.
They unravelled a very tricky situation for my daughter and secured her permanent residency, when everyone else was saying she'd have to return to UK. They are absolutely great. I was somewhat sceptical about dealing with a company on-line (I think they are in Los Angeles CA and we're in Florida), but they just got on with it. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Hope you get your situation sorted pronto!
Matt

Thanks Matt. I'm in LA at the moment so nothing to lose by giving them a call. I'm glad they were able to sort everything for your daughter- fingers crossed they can work some magic again!
