another what car

hi,
this is very similar to the previous what car thread.
I too am looking for a cheap car, in the chicago area.
First car i am buying in the states so dont know what i should be looking at.
budget is around $10,000. I have looked at yahoo auto and other sites, but havent actually gone down to a dealer and seen the cars.
im gonna be selling after a year or two max, so a good resale value would be a plus, along with cheap parts and insurance.
Also, i will be making road trips so something reliable and decent for long distances.
am i just dreaming? or will i be able to get such a car at such a price??

Insurance is 80 Bucks a month for me. 68,000 miles. Lots of history. Reently replace rear bearings, and the waterpump. Gets serviced regularly, and more importanlty, the heater works, as does the AC! You'll need it!
