Move to Cabada: Recommended places for English language test

Good morning,

I am in the initial stages of submitting an application to move to Canada as an emigrant.

I understand I need to undertake an English test covering speaking read listening writing.

I'm just wondering if anyone recommended anywhere in the UK to take it? I'm based near Birmingham and Liverpool if that helps but happy to travel.

Also, should I bother doing the French ones too? I did gcse French about 13-14 years ago!
